Refractions Research is currently in its 20th year of business! Founded in 1998, Refractions has evolved tremendously during the past two decades. The technologies we use are rapidly changing, and our client base has grown from local government and local corporations to federal governments and global organizations.

We look forward to continuing to evolve with new technologies and new projects. A big thank you to all of our clients and staff who have made the past two decades so rewarding!
